Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Overpal System portal and its associated applications and services, you enter into a binding agreement with Overpal. If you do not agree to these protocols, immediate termination of your session is required.
Intellectual Property
All source code, UI/UX designs, graphics, and branding assets are the exclusive property of Overpal System. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or extraction of data streams is strictly prohibited by digital security protocols.
User Responsibilities
Users are granted a limited license to operate our software. You shall not utilize Overpal System for any illegal transmission of data, malicious hacking, or disruption of the user experience for others. All "cheats" or exploits are subject to review and potential user banning.
Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Overpal does not guarantee 100% uptime in the event of EMP, solar flares, or system outages. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from improper handling of storage cartridges.
Amendments
Overpal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be pushed to the live environment immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the updated data packets.
