Iremos al grano:

Por un lado un joven pontevedrés ha muerto apuñalado mientras jugaba a la Playstation. Al parecer ha sido apuñalado por la espalda por su compañero de juegos debido a una discusión cuyos motivos se desconocen.

A ver, yo soy el primero que mataría por SEGA pero creo que hay maneras y maneras de hacerlo. Y encima la del cuchillo no es precisamente la más sutil. De hecho el presunto homicida ya está declarando en las dependencias de la guardia civil.

Fluctuoso desenlace.

Por otro lado en USA, tierra de paz y amor, un joven cinturón marrón de karate ha repelido el robo de su PS3 con una katana. Los ladrones entraron en su casa y tras robar algunas joyas y otros objetos de valor se dirigieron a la habitación en donde estaba lo que realmente andaban buscando, la divina PS3. El joven Damien Fernández -¿Damien?- se parapetó cual Snake tras la esquina de la pared y rajó a uno de los ladrones en el pecho tras lo cual ambos huyeron como nintenderos ante la visión de Segata Sanshiro. El herido fue capturado poco después y puesto en libertad a los dos días a la espera de juicio.

Espero que caiga todo el peso de la justicia sobre Damien por un uso de la fuerza desmedido ante un delito menor. Aunque hablamos de Florida, por lo que probablemente llegue a gobernador.

Y para terminar comentar que el león de las Azores, Tony Blair, ha terciado en la agria polémica que mantiene Sony con la Iglesia anglicana.

Como sabréis los curas de por allí se han quejado de que en Resistance se utilicen lugares santos como la catedral de Manchester para crear tiroteos con criaturas de aspecto poco cristiano. Sony por su parte ha dicho por medio de un portavoz: "pa chulo, mi pirulo" encabronando aún más a los curas de por allí y el Federico Jiménez Losantos de la zona.

Blair ha tomado parte por los simpáticos sacerdotes de las islas y ha acusado a Sony de ser muy poco respetuosa con el sentir de muchos ingleses. A continuación podéis leer los comentarios de Blair en su integridad:

Tony Blair has given his response to the complaints expressed by the Church over Resistance: Fall of Man, telling parliament that companies must take responsibility for the impact their products have.

During today's Prime Minister's Questions Tony Lloyd, MP for Manchester Central, began his question by observing, "When large organisations like Sony find their copyright has been breached, they're very quick to use the law."

He continued, "Would the Prime Minister agree with me then that when Sony used images of Manchester Cathedral as part a game which extols gun violence, this was not only in bad taste but also very, very insulting to not simply the Church of England, but people across the land who think it's inappropriate that big corporations behave in this way?"

Blair replied, "I agree with my honourable friend. I think it's important that any of the companies engaged in promoting these types of goods have some sense of responsibility and also some sensitivity to the feelings of others.

"I think this is an immensely difficult area, the relationship between what happens with these games and its impact on young people," the prime minister went on.

"I've no doubt this debate will go on for a significant period of time, but I do agree. I think it is important that people understand there is a wider social responsibility as well as an interior responsibility for profits."

News emerged at the weekend that the Church of England is demanding an apology from Sony for the depiction of Manchester Cathedral in Resistance.

Developer Insomniac has so far declined to comment, while SCEE has confirmed plans to contact Church authorities in a bid to resolve the issue.
